The Club Established since 1910 the Northamptonshire County Golf Club is renowned for its friendly and relaxing atmosphere. With a challenging course and a welcoming club house Northamptonshire County Golf Club is a delight to visit and play.
A unique traditional design, the course offers 18 holes of golf in a spectacular setting. The staff are devoted to providing you the finest possible course conditions and a clubhouse atmosphere second to none.

The Course Construction of the Northamptonshire County Golf Course began in April 1909, designed by the distinguished golf course architect, Harry S. Colt. The course has stood the test of time very well and few major alterations have been made to it since, except by James Braid in 1947 when the pattern and arrangement of many bunkers were altered and the 18th green moved to its present position.
The course is a traditional English inland golf course with undulating woodland, gorse, heather and fine pine woods. In recent years the course has been the venue for many National amateur golfing competitions including the English Schools National Championships (1997), English Golf Union Carris Trophy (1994) and the British Girls Open Tournament (1992).
In addition, since 1997, Northamptonshire County Golf Course has been the home of the Regional Qualifying for the Open Championship. In 2002 the final of the EGU Club Team Champions was played over the Church Brampton course.
The course is Par 70: 6505 yards or 5948 metres.
Club Facilities The Gentlemen’s Bar: A warm welcome awaits you in the Gentlemen’s Bar where the excellent facilities and personal service provide for all the homely comforts and ambience of a friendly club house bar.
The Veranda: Looking out across the course with spectacular views down the first and the eighteenth holes the Veranda provides a mixed bar and seating area, warm and welcoming to all.
The Mixed Lounge & Restaurant: The Mixed Lounge with the club trophy cabinets provides seating for up to 80 - 100 guests and provides a calming atmosphere in which to sit and review your day’s play.
The restaurant offers superb food in relaxed surroundings; the restaurant menu offers a choice of modern and traditional, hot and cold dishes of unwavering quality.
The restaurant staff headed by chef David Sandford create a warm friendly atmosphere in which to enjoy your meal.

Small, well built and contoured greens, challenging approaches and beautiful scenery blend together to make an ideal days golf.
