Introduction to Richings Park Golf Club Richings Park Golf Club is built in the Park of a grand Eighteenth Century Country House. The course benefits from the many surviving old trees, which were carefully planted to create a fine setting for the original house. The Withy Brook flows through the grounds and this along with a number of lakes provides added interest. The par 70 course has been laid out to make use of these very attractive features. It is a real challenge for the more accomplished golfer while the less experienced will still find it enjoyable.
The main house was demolished shortly after the war but many original features survive. The car park is in an old walled garden and from there you walk through an arch to the 1740 cobbled yard, which houses the locker rooms and indoor practise area. There is a driving range close by, and two PGA Professionals are available to give lessons.
The recently built Clubhouse is just to the south, alongside the brook. It houses a well stocked Pro-Shop, a popular bar, restaurant and private dining room. There are extensive outside seating areas, which are much used in the summer months.
Richings Park has a notably friendly atmosphere and visitors to the course and Clubhouse are made feel welcome by the Members. In addition to the many Golf Societies, who regularly play the course the club plays host to corporate and charity golf days and small conferences as well as numerous weddings and private parties.
The Clubhouse The main Clubhouse, newly built, has a well stocked Pro-shop and superb restaurant and bar to provide you with meals or bar snacks on request at all times. The Long Barn, an original building now restored, is available for functions, meetings and weddings. One of the old stables has been converted into a bar and dining room and can also be booked for private functions.
The Pro Shop Richings Park boasts a relatively small but well stocked Pro-shop, with many of the latest brands available at competitive prices, including Wislon, Ashworth, ProQuip, Titleist, Footjoy and Gear.
The club is a recognised "Trial Centre" for Mizuno, enabling you to try their current range whilst also being measured to make sure your chosen set are perfectly matched for you. Custom fit sessions take around 45 minutes and are available 7 days a week.

Academy The practise facilities comprise of a driving range, five hole Par 3 course, two putting greens and a bunker.
With two fully qualified PGA Professionals available for coaching Richings Park really is the ideal place to improve your game or learn to play.
Membership Richings Park is a members club, with membership open to both handicap and less experienced golfers. There is a thriving Woman’s section. A full programme of competitions both between members and with neighbouring clubs is in place. The Clubhouse is central to the social life of many of the Members and they support and organise an extensive calendar of events. The Sunday Carvery lunch is particularly popular with many families attending very regularly.
Competition on the golf course and social interaction in the Clubhouse foster a sense of camaraderie within the club, which contribute greatly to the pleasure of being a Member. New Members quickly find themselves feeling at home and drawn into conversation at the bar. The Pro-Shop staff will happily introduce Members who are looking for someone to give them a game. Richings Park is a friendly and welcoming club.
Members normally have 7 or 5 day annual membership. The membership year commences on 1st April and subscriptions can be paid in full then or by Standing Order over nine months. Members can join at anytime and pay a pro rata rate for the remainder of the golfing year. To facilitate Members who can only play infrequently the club offers a Green Fee Membership. Green Fee Members pay a lower annual fee but must pay a reduced green fee each time they play. There are no joining fees.
Golf Societies Richings Park Golf Club has always been popular with golf societies and organisers should book early particularly during the summer. The combination of easy accessibility, the club is just northwest of the junction of the M25 & M4, with an attractive and challenging course has understandably led to strong demand.
Visitors who have not played the course recently will be impressed by the way it is presented and in particular the quality of the greens. The Clubhouse is smart and attractive. The food served has improved immeasurably and now compares favourably with what you will find at the best known clubs in the area.
The club is confident that whether you come with friends or colleagues or if you are entertaining business guests, you will have a really enjoyable and memorable day. A private dining room is available for your use or you can eat in the restaurant.
Weddings Richings Park Golf Club makes a splendid setting for your special occasion. Situated in 210 acres of mature Buckinghamshire Parkland. The originally converted buildings and close proximity of the magnificent golf course offer a unique backdrop for your photographs.
The club can cater for up to 100 guests for a Wedding Breakfast and 150 guests for evening Reception Buffet. Other features include a Private Bar, Cloakrooms, Dance Floor and Restaurant which opens directly onto The Riverside Terrace with dramatic views.
For the smaller more intimate Wedding the Long Barn Function Room with its natural timbers and large open fireplace is an ideal setting. The Long Barn is available for Private Hire and can cater for a maximum of 40 guests.
Conferences & Meetings Richings Park Golf Club offers a variety of packages and delegate rates to suit all requirements from a simple day meeting to a company conference.
